Smiling Friends – Desmond’s Big Day Out is a 15 minute pilot that aired on Adult Swim, created by Michael Cusack and Zach Hadel. Posted here are shots I’ve animated, cleaned, revised, and added some additional art assets.

The entirety of the pilot was created using Adobe Animate CC and Adobe After Effects.

Animation, clean up, and revisions for various segments.

32 animators were involved, using remote communications. The pilot premiered on April 1st, 2020 during Adult Swim’s 2020 April Fools Day schedule alongside several other pilots.

Inbetweening and minor assist work.
